As the increase of production cost and development of resin application technology,More and more resin factory are working on inorganic flame-retardant resin for adapt to customer demand. Add ATH in the resin production process could reduce production cost and process for client,improving added value and advantage of production for resin factory.This production process have higher requirement of ATH knowledge for resin factory,cause they need avoiding ATH precipitation..

Artificial Marble

Aluminum hydroxide is the best filler of artificial marble,ATH is easy of achieving flame retardant standard for aretificial marble cause its flame retardant and high filling property.,unique optical properties(refractive index:1.57) makes product more real. Excellent stain resistanc and aging resistance of articicial marble cause ATH stable chemical properties.It could make high quality articicial marble more gorgeous than natural marble by suitable cpmpound of particle size、pigment、additives.

Rubber-Plastic Insulation Board

ATH could prevent smoking、fire droplets,formation of dense oxide layer while be heated.And ATH synergistic effect with foaming agent make bubble more fully.

Insulation Board

Aluminum hydroxide had been applied extensively in tps insulation board. Application of microphase composite technology in TPS,using fire retardant gule to wrap every organic foaming particle. Coating each foamed particle with a fire-retardant coating,foam and compression molding. ATH is the main fire retardant component of fire retardant colloid.

Firebrick

Fire-resistant bricks made of alpha alumina with high temperature resistance are light in weight、large pressureproof strength、low thermal conductivity、small volume shrinkage、high thermal shock resistance. Insulation Layer for high temperature thermal equipment、furnace directly acting on flame、lining of precision thermal equipment., not suitable for direct contact with furnace liquid and slag,high stability in reducing atmosphere. The working temperature of the product can be reached 1650~1800℃ depending on the purity.

Wire and Cable

The most important step in the flame retardant treatment of wire and cable is the addition of flame retardant filler, the burning rate of polymer can be alleviated. Therefore, aluminium hydroxide with flame retardant、smoke suppression function and chemical inertia、non-toxic has become the best choice. Adding inorganic fillers will affect the mechanical properties such as tensile strength of cable materials,can be reduced by using surface treated products.

SMC/BMC Compound Material

SMC/BMC composites are widely used in high-speed railway functional accessories, air conditioning housing, electrical switches and other fields. All of these fields require high environmental protection and flame retardancy of composites,the environmental protection and flame retardant properties of aluminium hydroxide make it become main flame retardant of composite materials,after years of development, this application has been very mature,appropriate particle size selection can make the addition amount reach more than 30% of the total quality.

Thermal Conductive Filler

High temperature alumina has good wear resistance, heat resistance and insulation,at the same time it has thermal conductivity,higher cost performance compared with other thermal conductive fillers.As thermal conductive filler, it is widely used in electronic filling materials、thermal conductive silica gel、thermal Pad. Its thermal conductivity is related to particle shape and addition amount,high fluidity is required to reduce the effect on the viscosity of the system.The closer to the sphere, more higher fluidity and additive quantity. Complementary application with other thermal conductive fillers could achieve efficient heat conduction
