Cov Khoom Siv Raw Aluminium trihydrate yog purified los ntawm bauxite. Cov bauxite lag luam (30-75% Al2O3) deposits tshwm sim hauv Australia, Jamaica, Fabkis, Guyana, Guinea, Tebchaws Meskas thiab Brazil. Bauxite ore yog yaj hauv caustic soda muaj zog los tsim sodium aluminate. Cov txhuas trihydrate ces yog precipitated los ntawm neutralization (feem ntau nrog carbon dioxide) lossis los ntawm autoprecipitation (Bayer txheej txheem). Lwm cov khoom siv raw, sulfuric acid, yog tsim rau superphosphate ntau lawm ntawm Farmers Fertiliser Ltd. Acid tuaj txog los ntawm txoj kev tanker thiab raug pumped rau hauv cov thoob dej cia khoom.
Kauj Ruam 1 - Ua kom cov khoom xyaw nyoos sib xyaw. Cov txhuas trihydrate raug thauj thiab khaws cia rau hauv ib lub hnab tonne. Txhua lub hnab raug nqa los ntawm hoist mus rau lub hopper pub, qhov chaw uas nws raug qhib thiab xa mus rau lub tank sib xyaw. Cov dej sib xyaw, trihydrate thiab sulfuric acid batch raug do rau ib lub sijhawm nrog cov pa dej tawm los ntawm pawg.
Kauj Ruam 2 - Ua cov khoom kawg Tom qab lub sijhawm ua tshuaj tiv thaiv, cov kua alum lossis cov khoom khov kho raug ua. Yog tias kua, cov khoom sib xyaw ua ke raug khiav mus rau hauv lub tank dilution uas muaj cov dej dilution uas nws txias dhau sijhawm. Cov kua alum ces lim thiab pumped mus rau qhov chaw cia khoom. Muaj cov chaw thauj khoom saum toj kawg nkaus ntawm Morrinsville qhov twg ntau cov tshuaj kua muaj nyob rau hauv cov thoob xa khoom rau cov tsheb thauj khoom ntawm txoj kev. Yog tias cov khoom khov kho raug ua, cov alum concentrated raug khiav mus rau hauv cov lauj kaub casting qhov twg nws teeb tsa, pab los ntawm kiv cua txias. Cov lauj kaub raug forklifted mus rau cov khib cia khoom thiab los ntawm qhov ntawd lawv raug coj mus rau Lub Hoobkas Crushing thiab poob rau hauv lub hopper. Cov khoom raug rhuav tshem ntxiv los ntawm kibbler loj ua raws li kibbler me me thiab tom qab ntawd tshuaj xyuas. Cov khoom me me mus rau lub hopper hnab thiab raug muag ua cov khoom kibbled. Cov alum uas tau tshuaj xyuas yog rotary crushed thiab tshuaj xyuas ntxiv kom rov qab mus rau lub rotary crusher lossis raug bagged ua cov khoom hauv av. Cov hmoov av raug sau tas li los ntawm lub kaw lus rho tawm thiab raug muag ua cov khoom. Lub Hoobkas Crushing muaj kev ywj pheej thiab qhov piv ntawm kibbled rau av aluminium sulfate yog hloov pauv.
